Refund Policy

1. Regional Applicability

This policy is designed specifically for United States users. Users from other jurisdictions are subject to this policy at their own risk.

2. Subscriptions and Immediate Billing

All payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Subscriptions are billed immediately upon confirmation. We do not offer a free trial period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the selected term (monthly or annually).

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until the current cycle ends.

4. Refund Rules

Generally, charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. However, we offer an Accidental Purchase Protection refund if BOTH of the following conditions are met:
  1. You request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase; AND
  2. You have used the core AI generation feature fewer than 3 times.

5. Requesting a Refund

Please contact Dodo Payments directly via your billing email, or email us at customer@collegeupai.com. We will process qualifying refund requests within 3 business days.
