  • Commercial Information: Subscription status (payments are processed by Dodo Payments; we do not collect or store full credit card numbers).

3. Purposes of Processing

We use this information to provide the AI college planning service, generate feedback, manage your subscription, prevent abuse, and ensure system security.

4. “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International Data Transfers and Service Providers

To provide our Service, your data is transferred to and processed by third-party service providers globally:
  • AI processing (Mainland China): To provide the core AI generation features, your conversation content and application profile data are transferred to Mainland China for AI processing. Your data is NOT used for public model training.
  • Supabase (Sydney, Australia): Database and authentication storage.
  • Vercel (United States): Frontend hosting and backend processing.
  • Dodo Payments: Merchant of Record for payment processing.

6. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
  • Know and Access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (as stated above, we do not engage in these practices).
  • Non-Discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are under 14, do not use the Service. If you are between 14 and 17, you must have parental consent to use the Service. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 14, we will delete it immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe.
